J.M. Haynes

J.M. Haynes is a storyteller who works across mediums, including poetry, short stories, screenplays, painting, and music, usually while trying to finish the science fiction series she started ten years ago. She can often be found diving headfirst into development projects and accidental adventures (including one particularly madcap business trip to Bali - screenplay pending). Her poetry books can be found on Barnes & Noble and Amazon, while short stories, essays, and various ramblings live on her Substack, Something New Under the Sun. Her latest project, “Book Clubbin’” is available on YouTube and Spotify. When she isn’t tinkering, she is usually at a local open mic night, chasing the sunset, reading a book, or enjoying a really good patio.

Ben Lilly

Ben Lilly is a part-time cycling guide and full-time travel writer. Despite having studied in Switzerland and North Carolina, volunteered in the Amazon, worked in a hospital in Colorado and acted in Mexico, he’s never found a place that beats his homeland of Northern California. But the search continues—as does the search for the perfect taco (the best one so far is at El Güero on José Moran street in Mexico City, in case you were wondering). On the bookish side of things, he’s represented by Inkwell Management and Kaplan-Perrone. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his husband.
